How do I find more detailed product info?

Please login to your account and then visit our Nitty Gritty Pricing Page. The Nitty-gritty is everything you need to know about our products - what varieties we have, what size, what they're made of (ingredients), their case count, UPCs, SKUs, and perhaps what you're looking for the most, pricing.

Do I need a credit card to submit an order?

Nope! Our wholesale portal allows you to submit orders without payment. We will invoice once the order ships.

Are there minimums?

Instead of strict minimums, we have order benchmarks that qualify your order for free shipping or delivery. If you decide to order less than the benchmark, we pass along a flat rate shipping or delivery of $10, and cover the rest. All of the order benchmarks are set based on where they are fulfilled from. Most brands are shipped direct from the STOCKED warehouse in Seattle and come with one, combined free shipping benchmark. However, to help save on final costs for certain brands, we have shipped direct from them to you. All shipping information can be found here.

Do you charge for shipping?

Usually, no. See question about Minimums above for more on shipping.

Do you offer payment terms?

All wholesale accounts start out with Net-14 terms.

Can I pay my invoice with a credit card?

Yes, but we do pass along the 3% CC processing fee.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders will ship within 1 week. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks.

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship most orders with Fedex Ground.

What happens if an item is damaged during shipping?

We hate that! Send us an email at We will take care of you!

What if the products I order don't sell?

We have the utmost confidence in our collection. If something doesn't sell, we'll buy it back.

What about bulk containers?

We do have many of these items available in bulk containers for use in the kitchen. Some of the items even have a special arrangement for shops that have a use for both retail and bulk sizes. We're happy to share the details, just ask!

Can you send me free samples?

Yes, more often than not. In some cases, we ask that you support the manufacturer up front, and we'll credit back any sample cost with an order in the future.

What about tasting samples?

We know folks love to try before they buy. If you're able to hand out samples, we're more than happy to provide extras on us.
