As Max will tell it, Thaifusions describes his family, his Mother's handcrafted sauces and curries, and their passion to bring authentic Thai flavor to all the foods you love. Growing up, his Mother’s original Thai recipes filled him with deep respect for his heritage, pride in his culture, and a lifelong craving for the fresh, potent flavors found only in authentic Thai cooking. He realized just how special these recipes were when thjey opened their own family restaurant, “Toi” in Seattle. Named after his mom, she shared her recipes and skills, served as a guide and inspiration, and was the final word on taste and standards. It was her work that earned them a place in Bon Appetit’s “Best of the Year” issue and national recognition in Travel and Leisure magazines. The sauces that makeup the Thaifusions line are the very same recipes Toi used in their kitchen everyday.
