Banner Road Baking Co. Granola has a lot going for it, but in an effort to be concise, here are my top three, starting from the top: 1) Her granola is a Good Food Award winner, meaning that Chef Anne sources organic ingredients with integrity, supports her local economy, and provides a healthy work place. 2) Chef Anne doesn’t skimp on the good stuff. Banner Road’s granola journey started with one very foretelling question, "Who took all of the "good stuff" out of granola?" Banner Road harkens back to her childhood growing up on the Banner Road farm, starting each morning with homemade granola loaded with nuts, seeds, and fruits, crisped with extra virgin olive oil and sweetened with just a splash of organic maple syrup or farm honey. 3) And finally, the packaging. Let’s be honest, if it comes in a tube, it has my admiration. Not only that, the design is on point.
