Smoked Olive and Mushroom Pasta

Spring time, white wine, and all of the light pastas. It's as simple as some sautéed garlic and mushrooms, a touch of Stopsky's Smoked Castelvetrano Olives, a bit of cream and voila. This pasta will be ready to go in 20 minutes.

We added a bit of the brine from the Smoked Olives in to the sauce, leaving a nice smoky aroma.

Pie for breakfast, you say? Why not? This whole wheat galette is filled with potatoes, peppers, bacon, and mozzarella, then topped with an egg, chives, and a good dose of hot sauce. 

Make it your own and add extra veggies, different sauce, throw it on pizza dough instead of pie dough, whatever you please. Just use this post as a hint of inspiration for when you're feeling like having pie for breakfast (which we know is far too often).

Here at Stocked Studios, we have a major condiment problem in our fridge. There is an entire shelf of open jars of mustard, various test products, and every kind of hot sauce. Maybe it's not much of a problem though, because we all put it on everything
